How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can, especially for weekends, holidays and bachelorette season. Short notice? Call us and we’ll do our best to make it work.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit secures your date and time. The remaining balance is due before your ride.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 14 days out for a full refund of your deposit. Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable, but reach out and we’ll always look for a solution.

Can I change my booking?

Yes. Route, start time and group size can usually be adjusted. Let us know as soon as you can.

Do you work with wedding planners?

We love it. Our Planner and Reseller Program builds perfectly timed packages for event pros, with commission.
